Turnaround Time & Materials
A custom hat typically takes about 2 weeks to complete when I have the materials in stock (felts, ribbons, sweatbands, and vintage grosgrain ribbon). If your order requires a special weight of 100% rabbit or beaver fur felt that I need to source, the full process can take 4–6 weeks from start to finish.

Felt Weights (Western Weight)
Western weight fur felt generally ranges from 160g to 230g. Please note that 230g beaver felt is very dense and can be difficult to sew through by hand.

I will make your hat using only 100% rabbit or beaver fur felt, following your design, including your preferred colors and details.
