Turnaround Time & Materials
A custom hat typically takes about 2 weeks to complete when I have the materials in stock (felts, ribbons, sweatbands, and vintage grosgrain ribbon). If your order requires a special felt weight of 100% rabbit, beaver or a blend of beaver fur felt that I need to order, the full process can take 4–6 weeks from start to finish.

Felt Weights (Western Weight)
Western weight fur felt generally ranges from 160G to 330G. Please note that the beaver felt is very dense and can be difficult to sew through by hand.

Custom Made to Your Design
I will make your hat using 100% rabbit, beaver or beaver fur felt blend, following your design, including your preferred colors and details.

Custom Handmade Bespoke Fedora & Cowboy Hats wide brims

Hats are made to order from 100% pure beaver or rabbit fur felt, finished with Vintage Grosgrain Ribbon, real leather (calf or lamb) sweatbands and satin hat liners, all hand sewn.

I work directly with each customer on every order. Each hat is built by hand from start to finish, and production typically takes about 2 weeks. Since it is just me, orders are made in the order they'er received.

Custom Hat Deposit of 50% down is required before I start work on your new hat, the deposit is non-refundable should you decide to cancel the order.

• Base Custom Rabbit: $350.00 (Includes standard band, liner, and sweatband)

• Base Custom FEPSA Rabbit $485

• Base Custom Beaver $600.00 (includes standard band, liner, and sweatband)

• Base Custom FEPSA Beaver $1,000.00

• Upgrades: Add-ons like exotic skins (rattlesnake/alligator) Leather, Beaded + $65.00
