Hat 1: FEPSA Pure Beaver, color Whiskey Western Style
Felt: FEPSA Pure Beaver (Whiskey color).
Primary Band: 1.5" rattlesnake skin over pigskin, hand-sewn.
Secondary Band: 0.5" brown/black braided horsehair.
Hardware: 1 5/8" x 2" silver concho covering the seam.
Accent: Turkey feather.
Crown Shape: Teardrop, deep Indy Raiders side dents, front mule kick.
Crown Dimensions: 4.5" front height, 4.25" back height.
Brim: 3.25" width, waterfall front/back, curved sides.
Interior: 2" coffee leather sweatband, white satin liner, gold piping, "Busted Hats" branding.
Extras: Braided brown leather stampede cinches.
Hat 2: FEPSA Pure Beaver, Color Penn Steele
Felt: FEPSA Pure Beaver (Penn Steele color).
Primary Band: 1.5" black-dyed alligator skin over pigskin, handmade hand-stitched.
Hardware: 1 5/8" x 2" silver concho covering the seam.
Crown Shape: Open Road style (hybrid Open Road / Cattle Baron).
Crown Dimensions: 4.5" height.
Brim: 3.25" width, waterfall front/back, curved sides.
Interior: 2" coffee leather sweatband, white satin liner, gold piping, "Busted Hats" branding.
Extras: Braided black leather stampede cinches.

Hats are made to order from 100% pure beaver or rabbit fur felt, finished with Vintage Grosgrain Ribbon, real leather (calf or lamb) sweatbands and satin hat liners, all hand sewn.
I work directly with each customer on every order. Each hat is built by hand from start to finish, and production typically takes about 2 weeks. Since it is just me, orders are made in the order they'er received.

When you place an order for a new hat we will go over everything that will be needed for the hat that you and I design together, the type of felt, hat band type and width, sweatband, hat liner, the size of the hat that you need, I will have to figure out the cost of the hat plus shipping. Half of the purchase price is required before I start work on your new hat and is none refundable should you decide to cancel, which has never happened. You can send the payment by PayPal or Zelle.
