When I make a hat I will only use 100% pure rabbit or 100% pure beaver fur felts.
I use vintage Grosgrain ribbon for hat bands and brim bindings.
All sweatbands are made of real leather using either calf or lamb.
I use satin hat liners for each hat that I make.
All fur felt hat body blanks are formed by hand using steam.
All sewing is done by hand.
I iron out wrinkles in the fru felt using a steam iron.

Hats are shipped out in sturdy cardboard boxes, each hat is pack in bubble wrap to prevent movement or damage.
