Each hat is carefully shaped and sewn by hand using pure rabbit or beaver fur felt.

FEPSA 100% Pure Beaver, Bone color made with customer's design. Hat size 7 1/4", with Brown Grosgrain Ribbon hat band.
Hats are made to order from 100% pure beaver or rabbit fur felt, finished with Vintage Grosgrain Ribbon, real leather (calf or lamb) sweatbands and satin hat liners, all hand sewn.
I work directly with each customer on every order. Each hat is built by hand from start to finish, and production typically takes about 2 weeks. Since it is just me, orders are made in the order they'er received.
